Exclusive to Costco Australia and Auckland NZ, our pizza dough pack is the perfect entertainer size for you to impress your guests!
Our pizza dough is made from a sourdough recipe using high-protein, Australian Wheat Flour and fermented for 72 hours. The result is a light, stretchy and airy dough that is super easy to handle and creates a crispy, bubbly crust.
Each dough is individually wrapped to be thawed and proofed in the pouch.
Pair with our signature pizza sauce made from ripe tomatoes, fresh garlic and basil and top with your favourite ingredients.
Our pizza sauce tastes amazing on chicken parmigiana, pasta and lasagne - so versatile!

1. Thaw
Preheat oven to 250 deg C,

QUICK METHOD: Pop the pouch in a full sink of hot tap water (not boiling) for approx. 20 - 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
BENCH TOP METHOD: Allow the dough to thaw and rise to double the size in pouch at room temperature, this can take a few hours

2. Stretch or Roll - Coat the dough with flour and stretch into shape with your hands or use a rolling pin. Place onto a piece of baking paper.
3. Top - Now its time to get creative....top with your favourite ingredients.
4. Bake - Bake on a tray or pre-heated stone for 5 - 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Did you know? Ascorbic Acid is Vitamin C and is a natural antioxidant to help preserve food without the need for harmful preservatives. Enzymes are derived from vegan sources and assist with the dough fermentation process.
